A consumer would be ineligible to enroll in an AARP Medicare Supplement Insurance Plan outside of the Guaranteed Issue situation if they were recently diagnosed with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). The Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans are designed for individuals who are already enrolled in Medicare.
